That's one take on it.

I think it's part of some new marketing campaign for interactive digital signage, solely branded xTV, no other partner logos on it, but could be placed at any business or with varied partners.

They would have got a few signs made up, this would have been going on during the other recent events so multiple balls rolling. Where will they place them (Aside from these two)? Whats the underlining goal now that they have the signs? Is this a sign that something more is occurring on the digital signage front, commencement of a seperate marketing initiative, or in concert with other matters?

Of course it could be as Rus55 states or somewhere between both our perspectives, who knows.
