    I can not see how you make such an assumption re Creasy. It would seem he only holds five small tenements by himself. The blued area belongs to Sirius of which Creasy has a 30% holding. The vast area in blue suggests Sirius controls a huge area compared to its' neighbours. Trust my appraisal is correct.
