I must say the 'discussion' about the PR was pretty confounding and difficult to remember who said what there... definitely am battle-scarred from people misinterpreting what I was saying there.

(PS really frustrated with ALL my speccies atm, as the market is risk-off. The instos will eventually start scouting around for prospective dividend payers but right now unless the money is actually rolling in, they aren't interested. therefore cannot take up new opportunities either like NWT. frustrating!!)
