Would you expect that they attempt to grow the business at the rate they need to by cutting costs and only having the bear min.

Please, I want to say no disrespect to you intended but this is why NC is working hard to change his register which will shut retail holders out - because of statements such as this.

Lets look at ALL of NC hire's. Exception people with brilliant skills and amazing talent to offer AJX. Surely one would want talent in any business so it can grow. Overheads will grow and whatever they need to get to where they need to go, as long as its calculated and methodical then I am a huge supportor.

So far there is no monopoly being build (unlike what a lot of CEO's like to build). Every hire has been exceptional!
