Each factory was built around the car park -- with a set number of carparks - the number was set so as a group of humans worked together at peak efficiency - any more and one lost the 'family' type effect - or similar - there is heaps of research on it.

Ii don't know where Nick read the theory - but, he is well read.

the theory was highlighted in Malcolm Gladwell's book - 'Tipping Point' - which Nick has also read and which I have suggested to any AJX 'investor' that it is worth reading - as are Gladwell's later books.

It is valuable to see some of the works that Nick is familiar with and some that he has been influenced by - because AJX is Nick at this stage -- so, to get any hint of the strategy - IMO - is insightful.

What you do get if you get a peep into Nick's library is the sense that AJX is going to be BIG - bloody big - also fast and fairly low risk along the way. As of now - it is pretty much derisked. As to rate of growth - it is quicker than planned - because the team that Nick has picked and groomed - have come up with it's own ideas -- polmyer for instance - which, wasn't on the burner like it is now - and, it is far greater potential than fabrics - if fabrics weren't big enough in the first place.

My question is ---------- what the heck are they going to come up with if Nick calls for another blockbuster product?

So far - the track record is nothing but champion ---------------- FR - going into fabrics and then polymer. Amazing really - picking 2 huge winners as the market came towards them - and, they have grabbed it with both hands and aren't letting go - indeed, they have a stranglehold on one and look like they are about to get the other one in a winning hold - which, we should see in the next couple of quarters.

God knows what else they will get their teeth into.

My little brain can't cope with all the new technologies, so I just tend to invest in the experts. Let them do what they are best at, and I will just back them, and wait for the benefits. LOL
