    I am taking a risk but need a technical advise if they can offer another conversion? As when I spoke to them over phone they said "We are waiting from FFT to provide the next set of instruction" as they CANNOT buy anymore shares from the market. Whereas MSP can and they will try to buyback the shares to allow compulsory acquisition of 90% from FFT.
