If I understand properly then MSP directors can buy more and more shares from the market without declaring as they don’t hold 5% or more MSP shares as they all transferred to FFT shares. They know something which w don’t and they will eventually transfer to FFt shares and make this deal go through. I expect the share price to go beyond 3c soon.
