    Thanks for the great post.
    A question for you though.
    Some time ago (NOV/Dec?) it was suggested by a poster that there were about 40 or more people hanging around mco doing nothing. In fact the following was posted by Pinker Pinker: "You need guys who know what they are doing. Are the 40+ blokes down the Morning Star mine capable?"

    Did you find staff hanging around with nothing to do?
    Are the staff there capable?
    What is the overall morale?
