That is indeed a comprehensive and informative report and a must read for all QHL holders. One would have to think that accumulation at these prices will deliver in spades over the next 2-3 years... Possibly even sooner.
I particularly liked this line:
"We have a 12 Month Target Price of 55c per share based on a DCF valuation, with potential for a rapid & major upgrade."
