Thanks for that CD,very comprehensive report that seems to address every aspect of QS operations present and future,I must say i'm impressed that state one have put a lot of effort into this one and i can't see where any suprises could come from,and praise the lord they have made it clear there will be a cap raise and we now know what the shortfall will be for the next 3 yrs.this is exactly what current and prospective investors require,10 out of 10 from me!
