Some posts are informative but others seem total nonsense... We getting predictions of SP going back to mid 20s...some saying 40c etc..

Well I cant find any 500mil company thats a consistent dividend payer, market cap below cash on hand still making $100t plus margin on its product trading below half its NTA... Thats what needs to happen if GRR to fill those foolish predictions..

In panic anything can happen in short term, but eventually underlying fundamentals will start to reflect... Days GRR mid 20c they didnt have a war chest of cash they have now & its still building... so GRR is totally different now..

People talk about importance of divis, i notice lots of talk about FEX large divi etc...Well have a look what happens to the SP after ex divi, 5c divi next day SP drops maybe 5-6c, wooo hoo... Divi is not real growth, like property real growth comes from capital growth not from rents... I like GRR managements approach in similar way & will keep adding on current prices... With relations sour with China, Shagang is great to have as major shareholder...
