2,461,580 ordinary shares were issued as the final tranche of consideration payable to the vendors of the business of Treasury Management Systems LLC in accordance with the acquisition agreement dated 13 january, 2005. The issue was approved by shareholders on 30 November 2005.

There are now 214,157,112 ordinary shares on issue.

These new shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM and is expected to take place on 20 February 2007.

It could be a good day today leading into the half yearly announcement at the end of next week.
