A great report. Perhaps optimism needs to be tempered by the fact that this was a company requested report...and consultants aren't silly, they know who pays the bills.
There is some confusion as to the number of shares issued here.
The company ann of July 16 says 68,718,112 with a Market Cap of A$21.3 million.
The consultants say 76.7m ords and 18.8m options (at an av of 37 cents).
Which is right?
An important fact because Strachan Coroprate set a market cap at $72m.
What is not in any doubt though is the quality of VMS as compared to many of the "dogs with fleas" on the minerals board at present.
For what its worth there are two others I put in this category. HEG and MLX.
Late breaking news: Just checked the latest App 3B...76.65m ords and 15.8m options...so the consultants are okay!
Phew...how good would there report have been if they couldn't get this right!
