From my read of the annual report, The only hard sell going on is the " company expertise ".
Last year employees 24 this year 20 including directors.
I think by the tone of both the Chair and MD reports :-The whole outfit is for sale, they have had enough.
Nothing would surprise me.
The whole outfit as valued by the market presently is less than $25 million.

Just my observation.
