From what I can see the register is very solid. You actually have few sophisticated investors (one fund out of singapore which by the appendix 603 have been holding 12m shares even before Feb2019 and have increased significantly in the last few months. New Cad investor Lions Investments which owns a $20m stake in another CAD special material company. Few HNW who own quite a bit of stock, including Fred Bart who is behind Audio Pixel. I think actually register is Super tight. Again it will all come down to the ability of the company to properly commercialise it and commence generating few $m in revenue from the market. By the time market realise that is for real and the company actually is selling stock will be in 20c+ with or with out cCR. JMHO
