Doing the same research as you, "tycoon" wasn't the first word that came to my mind either given his track record...
To my mind, it could be another investor that picks up a lot of shares off market, then sells down on market in bursts (as per other larger holders), bringing down the SP every time it wanders upwards...
Just speculating above..
But of everything, SP volatility at the hands of major holders is my main concern whilst personally holding this stock.
Smaller holders getting ran over..
This is my one gamble stock, but I wouldn't hold if I didn't see opportunity...
