What benefit would this strategic investor provide the company? It could be of benefit of he can open up business channels for the company, etc but on the other hand it doesn't send a good signal to me because the CEO is willing to sell his stock at the IPO price even though it was much higher just recently - if he thought DFM was undervalued it wouldn't make sense for him to sell at low prices.
Without suggesting anything else, perhaps it's a good idea to exercise caution and see if these shares are sold on market over the coming months.
