It would have been great if the 7 mil shares had been bought off market at a higher than SP price, which i can't see many large buyers taking that offer, so this new investor got in at $1.01..
From that aspect all okay, my concern (and I may just ne not understanding this correct), is that for example, reports come out in October for the harvest and retail traders start getting in and the price goes $1.15 to $1.25 (conservative), then big holder bought in at $1.01, dumps 500,000 shares, SP back down to $1.01..
Is this a valid scenario?
