If I was management, I would be looking for a buyer for the trust rather than a buyer for properties.
Selling properties is difficult at the moment, and most likely each sale would eat away at the interest cover and NTA. The trust would become less desirable to any buyer.
Leave the whole thing intact, and there is tremendous upside for any company able with access to low cost finance to takeover the trust. This is also in the interests of management, because as soon as they repay the Forum Partners, they can get paid the management fees that have been accruing.
