You could be right Recko.My reaction to the passage you quote was first of all fear, because they haven't yet made a sale, and insolvency looked like a real possibility. But then I thought, how can you not be able to sell one of 26 properties - it has to just be a matter of price. Insolvency doesn't seem likely to me - not just yet anyway.

A share placement is of course a real possibility. I find it a bit hard to believe they could find investors just to keep the ship afloat. Hopefully they have found someone who sees the locked up value (about 40c/$20 NTA) and wants to give the ship a new set of sails (and get rid of the forum partner leeches).
