PPR, I have little doubt a 5% holding of GJT could be found on HC and I like your strategy to shake the management tree.

But why do you think they aren't moving on property sales already? Management has a big ownership holding in this company and they will probably want to squeeze every last cent's worth of value out of it's remaining equity, us like the rest of us. At the rate they're going it will be many years before all asset sales are complete. The only winners so far are the lenders (esp. Forum.)
