    So, I suppose "no taxable income" means we are making a loss of the year. Not surprising considering we borrow at 15% in japan, where the benchmark rate is .1%. Doesn't this mean that the longer we are in business the lower the shareholder value becomes.

    Does anyone know why management has not been able to sell any properties yet? Astro has.

    It's hard to find any information about this company. Can anyone point me to details of the Forum deal?.
