    With a gain yesterday into a horrible day for the market as well as someone chomping on the cap just before close I wouldn't be surprised if the capping doesn't come till the high 3's (if at all). Seems oversold in the low 3's and would be at risk of someone blowing through the caps on a day where the markets should recover.
