    Hi Quanta

    My thoughts were similar, great to see institutions getting
    into this stock recently, getting some backing without any
    news in which investors are seeking and been waiting for
    for so long phase1&phase2 all in one package. These institutions
    must know something that the retails don't, this is purely
    speculation though.
