Unions are never happy, so no they will not. Whoever was unlucky enough to win the contract if it came through would rue the day they signed on the dotted line. Unions will send them bankrupt half way through their contract, and to rub salt into the wounds sit back on their fat arses that have never seen a days work, laughing and patting each other on the back for a job well done.
