The previous work in anti-piracy, including a Proof of Concept (“POC”) with Warner Bros. has continued to
develop into our Blockchain capability where the highlight of the year was the collaboration with IBM’s
Digital Asset Trust Network Team and the launch of the Linius subsidiary Blockchain Video Services (“BVS”)
to develop Linius’ blockchain technology.

I believe that this is an indication of how big they anticipate the market.
I believe they have one for Security.
I believe that it may be a defence against a full take over as bids can be made on just that subsidiary.
