    On May 31 this year, Bluglass registered a new entity:
    "SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD"
    https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=20677834203
    The only reference I can see in their announcements is a one liner in their Annual Report as being a 100% owned subsidiary of Bluglass Limited.
    Have I missed something, do you guys know anything about this?
