    The Norway Central Bank has just brought a 4% shareholding in Gulfsands Petroleum. Gulfsands has a 40% share of ADX Sida Dhaher well. Interesting the Central Banks charter is for Financial Stabilty and investment in increasing assets. As Norway is one of the worlds most experieced countries in Oil development, maybe they see an investment oppotunity. Gulfsands share price has been up $10 in the last few days.
