As the announcement states "Neither CGC nor any of its affiliates own shares of your company for its own
account. Rather, the shares reported on Form 603 are owned by accounts under the
discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management
companies described above."

So although this very large group has not bought shares directly, and the $18m approx spread amoungst their funds would not seem as a very large amount to them, there must be some fund managers in there who do have the confidence to include SDL in their funds basket of investments...JRH
