Whichever way you look at this buy in, it is positive for shareholders.

Frankly the present management structure really is not cutting it in my opinion, clearly not hungry enough, focused enough, or seemingly driven enough!

This business should be more profitable than it is at present, with the number of offices and staff it has, and the fact that the recruiting industry is on the up with many other companies making significantly increased profits.

Victor Plummer may either contribute at board level and shake this plodding company up a bit, or you never know, work towards taking it over as he sees great value!
