Noticed in the 2010 annual report released today that Citicorp Nominees are listed as a substantial holder with 5.355m or 6.55% of BWN's shares.
Can't recall having seen a "becoming a substantial holder" notice concerning these shares.
In the 2009 annual report Citicorp's holding was given as 344K or 0.42% of BWN's shares, so the increase (5m shares) appears to have taken place in the past 12 months.
In the same period, Savni's shareholding decreased by 5.6m shares (which was announced previously to the market - last year in October).
I wonder who is the ultimate owner of the shares in Citicorp Nominee's holding ?
