don't worry too much super .... the vote will be a yes ... as a rule, not that many shareholders vote and the major holders do.
A no-vote would be a hugely hostile act by shareholders and really would occur only where a majority of them thought Management were totally incompetent. ..... a shareholder revolt, so to speak.
probably, a lot of the current shareholders would believe that either the price was too cheap or they should have got a slice of the action. Certainly, most would believe the option pricing was inexplicable.
end of the day though ... the share price is up and everyone has benefited already .... a reason to forge ahead : )
