new substantial holder, page-8

in my experience every single cr i have witnessed in any stock i own they inevitably fall back to the cr price. the trading on this one has me very very confused. the bots are really at work and i can't figure out if someone is selling into the market or mopping up nervous holders. is it accumulation or distribution? if this mob are in front 80 odd % already why wouldn't they be dropping a few back into the market? or are they simply adding to their holding?
really does feel like thiks one could have a decent pullback any time soon.
