    Bioton's shares issue

    From Warsaw Business Journal


    Pharmaceutical company Bioton plans to issue up to 8.5 million shares to its strategic investor, Prokom Investments, to gain funds for a purchase of a stake in Australia-listed peer SciGen.


    Prokom Investments, controlled by Polish entrepreneur Ryszard Krauze, holds a 45.5 percent stake in Bioton.
