Wouldn't get too excited about this. They only bought 2.5 M shares to add to their already substantial holding already to take their total holding to 17M shares which took them over the 5% line to become a substantial shareholder. If you notice, they also bought ~1.7 M shares in weeks before Tuesday's disaster at a price of about $0.125. These guys are already sitting on a huge loss and all I see evidence for is dollar-cost-averaging down to try and save their butts by getting another 2.5M which seeing as they bought at $0.0643 they are already 22% down on that purchase alone.
