Credit Suisse Holdings has become a substantial holder of Mintails as of the 29th September 2008 with some 36million shares.
Someone care to elaborate how this has come about when mli is suspended??
Surely it couldnt have been part of a new issue prior to announcing to market???
Would they have purchased shares off an existing holder??
If so whom?? Or is it a cross from an existing holder??
Anyone care to elaborate further on the possibilities behind this transaction???
