new substantial holders notice

Shouldnt we be seeing a new sub holders notice for the buyer of Mrs Carrs large parcel? How long have they got to get it in.
Good trading today and closing higher all the time. The thig is as people realise the potential, they cant really buy in, as there is no stock to buy...a good problem for those of us who have loaded up already.It means the price goes up as they accumulate. WDS is another one in the same boat imo
