Maybe they thought gold had hit the bottom and buying 8% of the company seemed a good thing, now gold is another 30 dollars down and maybe hit 1200 tonight, don't you think they wished they had waited a few more days and saved them selves hundreds of thousands for the same 8 %.

Just because big institutions buy doesnt mean its a good thing, they have less risk than most as they have huge ammounts of money to throw around.
