    i am a little disappointed that is only Legg Mason that brought the 36m shares.

    i would have preferred if it was BNB, that way they could extract more value.

    its good that a manager like Legg replaces Barclays because you know that they will keep buying as the price is still too cheap. It should be back at NTA, which is $1.04.
