I'm happy that decent-sized investor sees potential in the company. I also like the fact that they specialise in the sector.

However, I like the existing board and management so hope that PALA see this merely as an investment opportunity, not a company in which they want an active role. I note their strategy includes both investment as well as active involvement - and trust that this is one of their pure investments.

PALA may have something to offer in regard to bringing leads to potential lenders although I expect that is already well in hand by management.
