Is it

1) you have to be in receipt of an old age pension prior to 1st Jan 2015 and have an allocated pension

OR

2) you have to have an allocated pension prior to 2015 and thence be grandfathered when you hit 65 prior to Ist Jan 2015
ie you must turn 65 before the 1st Jan 2015.

OR

3) you must have an allocated pension prior to 1st Jan 2015 to be grandfathered when you turn 65 in any year

I am still confused!!!!!!!
