common sense says ( my opinion only )
you must have an allocated pension and be in receipt of a
centrelink pension prior to 2015
which means if you didnt qualify for an old age pension being 65 or more you wont get one under the new rules
if you have an allocated pension prior to 2015 and not in receipt of a centrelink pension you will be grandfathered
which means to me that anyone over the age of 55 prior to 2015 that has an allocated pension will be under the old rules
to qualify...
