    Yes this is another case of uncertainty for all until the legislation is made clear.

    There will be a rush to retire at the end of the year if this is grandfathered for those between 55 and 65 who have enough to go early. I know I will be having a long hard look at it, as turning 60 soon so will be following this very closely.

    I am currently reciving a TRIP and are unsure how these are going to be treated?

    Under current rules I will only get a small part pension due to super pension income at 66.

    The rules may be changed again before then anyways.

    Just my 20c woth as it is an interesting change.
