Ub, let's face it:

THERE IS NO RETIREMENT FUTURE FOR ANYONE UNDER 40.

The retirement and super access ages are being progressively lifted as successive governments discover they cannot pay for everyone's retirement.

> Not enough savings, inc super.
> Too many old people getting ready to retire.

I am in my twenties. People my age are screwed. By the time I am ready to retire, superannuation will have been 'nationalised' to pay for everyone else's retirement and healthcare.

There are three ways this shortfall can be funded:
- raise taxes (businesses and the rich go offshore);
- cut benefits (this will happen to some extent); and
- nationalise super and redistribute (this will definitely happen).

Anyone under 40 will never see a cent of their super.
