I agree, LYC may settle at 37/38 - even less - but LYC yet may be very volatile in the interim before real biding contracts can be found, not dissimilar to the U bubble. eg PDN.
The price of REE/REO is completely unsophisticated where little real market dynamics are the norm - it's even more complex than uranium - no spot, medium or long term exists within the "basket" hence the speculation.
It appears that LYC may seek more monies/debt within 9 months IMO. More hell for holders that believed in a bubble that was never to be sustained - more dilution - more risk.
I feel for those you got sucked in here at much higher prices, but LYC may well go up and down (+/-10-15%) in the interim IMO, within any f/night.
Could be fun, but not yet though IMO. Another 10% perhaps.
