Totally agree RVR.
I think Lynas is in a position to fill a (very big) niche that Moly was eyeing off. IMO Moly will never be a competitor because
- their resourse is obviously inferior both in grade and suite of REE
- they're debt laden and
- they don't have the sort of leading edge tech support that Rhodia can provide.
Of course the financials have to stack up against Chinese supply. EN's COP estimates in the last quarterly Q&A were reinforced by the last press release: Lynas can operate at (virtual) break even while Moly and Baotou are underwater.
