As for going from explorer to miner I have seldom seen this succeed and my advice for most juniors is make up your mind are you an explorer or a miner . In my many years of following this industry very few juniors succeed in mining their discoveries and those who try usually go down the tube and get mopped up by the big end of town at the fire sale due to the crippling establishment costs. Mate I appreciate that you may have a good handle on the FR geology but I think between the Creasy group Ollie the Kid Derek Waterman and many others involved I think they may have the edge on you but who knows
Opportunity cost, well that is timing and very few get it right and its not something that can be planned imo unless one is in charge of a crystal ball.
