Certified has stopped for few day in Portugal capital city Lisbon. Had a ride on the local tram.Portugis run very quaint old trams for the tourist at 75.00 per day hop on hop of type of use. Got stuck on intersection for one and half hour due to car accident. Tram can not go around the accident. Had a lengthy conversation with tram driver. He said that main mode of transport now in Lisbon is metro and busses. Only two or three tram lines are active now just for tourist trade.All others have been abandoned. We on other hand have waisted some 2 billions of public money on building two centuries old technology in Sydney and clogged up more city streets with useless antiquated slow technology,
