    Bizzo, we had a deadline, it was EOY 2018.

    This was extended to End of June, 2019 by many.

    There is NO 3rd extension.

    IF we don't have PEN to paper by then, the next phase will have to eventuate. Maybe we need to give it to someone else to try -- hope it doesn't come to that.

    In the meantime, we sit patiently ....
