You stated capital raising. That is an assumption as it could be a debt facility or even a JV with a downstream partner or multiple other scenarios like DSO revenue covering any additional requirement
You stated cost blow outs without mentioning that the increased capacity of 20% will pay off the additional cost layout in 1 quarter.
